Every Nation constitution enforces certain laws, for the purpose of maintaining order and protecting the society from crimes, these laws are classified into two Main categories civil law and criminal law.
Difference between civil law and criminal law: – The main difference is
Civil law: – Civil law is relates to personal matters against the individuals, organizations, it includes marriage and property, family dispute, Landlord/tenant disputes matters etc.
Criminal law- Criminal law relates to offenses against the state, it includes felonies and misdemeanors, murder, dealing drugs, rape, robbery, and arson etc.
